Before You Write

Most account questions can be resolved directly inside the Voxman app. Open Settings to manage your company workspace, update your profile, or sign out.

For subscription changes, including cancellations and refunds, use the Apple App Store or Google Play Store account you used to purchase Pro. Voxman does not process payments directly and cannot issue refunds for store-purchased subscriptions.

When reporting a problem, please include your account email, the device and operating system you are using, the version of Voxman shown in Settings, and a short description of what you expected to happen versus what actually happened.

Account & Subscription Help

If you cannot sign in, have lost access to your authentication email, or need to merge or transfer a company workspace, write to contact@voxman.app from the email address linked to your account.

To restore a Pro subscription you have already purchased, open the in-app paywall and choose "Restore Purchases" while signed into the same App Store or Play Store account that completed the original purchase.

To permanently delete your account and all associated company data, email contact@voxman.app from your account email address. We will confirm the request and complete deletion within 30 days, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Bug Reports & Feature Requests

Send bug reports to contact@voxman.app with steps to reproduce the issue, screenshots or screen recordings where helpful, and the approximate time the issue occurred so we can correlate logs.

Feature requests are welcome. We read every message, even if we cannot reply to each one individually, and we use your feedback to prioritise the roadmap.

AI-Generated Documents

Voxman uses large language models to draft estimates, line items, and other documents from your field notes. AI output can contain inaccuracies, omissions, or outdated pricing. Review every document before sending it to a client.

If you believe AI-generated content has produced a material error, harmful content, or behaviour that violates our Terms, report it to contact@voxman.app with the project and document reference.

Security Disclosures

If you have discovered a vulnerability in Voxman, please report it confidentially to legal@voxman.app. We appreciate responsible disclosure and will acknowledge receipt within 5 business days.

Do not publicly disclose a vulnerability before we have had a reasonable opportunity to investigate and remediate. We do not currently operate a paid bug bounty programme.
